is at I Love Markets - Markets United  celebration @ Shoreditch Town Hall
380 Old Street, London EC1V 9LT He plays from 2pm - 3pm = event is all day Noon - 10pm and you will be able to get his wonderful debut CD Kaira Kora Afrika at the event.

presents and performs in Romantic Idyll  a beautiful selection of classical duets and solos for baritone and soprano  @ Burgh House, New End Square, Lamp Close, London NW3 1LT

FRIDAY 10 MAY 
7.30pm FREE Radio 6 featured songwriter Lanre 

is playing a set at Wandsworth Arts Festival's HUB - a wonderful structure on WANDLE TRIANGLE a wonderful structure - a cabaret of surprises with a mysterious structure on Wandsworth High Street beside the River Wandle near Southside Shopping Centre. TUESDAY 15 May  at 1.15pm 
Juwon Ogungbe is at St Sepulchre without Newgate Church, which is on Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2 DQ as per this map  singing some more beautiful songs with piano accompaniment. This is FREE and a perfect way to enjoy a lunch hour!



SUNDAY 19 May from 1- 5pm is the BIG ONE - 
THE SHIMMY down by the river at Putney SW15 from St Mary's Church to Wandsworth Fields forming the finale of  WANDSWORTH ARTS FESTIVAL & FRINGE which is FREE

OUTERGLOBE.co.uk is commissioned to provide music for the event and characteristically artistic director Debbie has made some exciting selections:

MOSI CONDE with friends will pop up anywhere on the promenade with his kora and song



LANRE will play in THE LOUNGE (an outside in living room) and around the ZOETROPE

JOSEFINA CUPIDO with her ONE WOMAN ONE DRUM
will open the event and play a second set as well at 
                                                                                                                            PUTNEY WHARF


and MAY PROJECT GARDENS will also field a crew of performers in THE LOUNGE!

And before I go this time .... the campaign to SAVE OUR HOSPITALS is still very much alive and kicking - to SAVE OUR NHS too. In West London IF the NHS have their way 4/9 A&Es and soe hospitals will close leaving a population the size of Leeds with no emergency support. This cannot be. Vital services must be defended.  There is an ALL LONDON demonstration on SATURDAY 18 MAY and full info can be found via www.saveourhospitals.net
